Vizipedia.me is operated in the GCC and MENA region by the Dawraty Educational Group under an exclusive value-added reseller agreement with Vizlai Ltd. (the underlying technology provider). The Dawraty Educational Group operates through the following entities: Dawraty Education Holding Limited (Abu Dhabi Global Market, Abu Dhabi, UAE); Dawraty Web Co (Kuwait); and Dawraty Educational Group W.L.L. (Bahrain). The operating entity applicable to your transaction depends on the country in which you are located and is referred to in these Terms of Use as “Dawraty.” You may contact Dawraty at info@dawraty.com. For technology or platform matters, Vizlai Ltd. may be contacted at info@vizipedia.ai.
Any use of Vizipedia.me means that you have carefully read and understand these Terms of Use, that you have fully accepted them, and that you agree to respect them unconditionally. We recommend you to also carefully read our Privacy Policy.
Dawraty allows you to use (copy and distribute) the content on the website and the application only for personal use, not for commercial purposes, unless a separate institutional or enterprise agreement is in place with Dawraty.
The content published on the Vizipedia.me platform is owned by Vizlai Ltd. and/or its partners and users. Except as permitted under a separate institutional or enterprise agreement with Dawraty or under the Ownership of User-Created Content section below, youou may not sell, modify, distribute or display the content for commercial purposes in any form.
To sign up for accessing the exclusive content, as well as the creator tools, you must have a registered account on our platform Vizipedia.me. The registration is possible by visiting Vizipedia.me and after you accept the terms of use and declare that you meet the requirements stated in them.
The information you provide when registering your account is used only for the purposes of the service provided by the Vizipedia.me platform.
You can browse the Vizipedia.me platform without registering for an account. But to use some of the functions, you'll need to register, choose a username, and set a password. When you do that, the information you give us has to be accurate and complete. Don't impersonate anyone else or choose names that are offensive or that violate anyone's rights. If you don't follow these rules, we may cancel your account.
You're responsible for all the activity on your account, and for keeping your password confidential. If you find out that someone's used your account without your permission, you should report it to info@vizipedia.me.
Despite the efforts of Dawraty to ensure that all published information is reliable, this is not always possible. Dawraty assumes no responsibility for the content of the channel, courses published, as well as the interactive content like the games that have been created with the help of Vizipedia AI models. Dawraty is also not a mediator in the relationship between the different parties involved. We expect you to exercise due caution in using this information.
Institutional and enterprise subscription customers are subject to separate master subscription agreements with Dawraty; payment, renewal, and refund terms for such customers are governed by those agreements and not by this section. For individual subscriptions and course purchases through vizipedia.me, the following applies: All payments must be made in full prior to accessing any content or subscription benefits. For one-off course purchases, refunds may be granted, at our sole and absolute discretion if requested within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial purchase and only in limited circumstances. Acceptable reasons for a refund may include technical issues preventing access to the course or unforeseen personal circumstances. Refund requests beyond this period will not be considered. For subscription purchases, refunds and cancellations are subject to the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase, including any applicable notice period required to cancel before the next billing cycle; no refund will be issued in respect of a billing period that has already commenced unless Dawraty determines otherwise at its sole discretion. Credits may also be issued at our sole and absolute discretion and may be applied toward future purchases or subscription renewals. Please note that refunds will not be granted for any other reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with course content, failure to complete the course, or changes in course format. Additionally, courses may be re-recorded, updated, revised, or otherwise changed at any time without notice and this does not qualify for a refund. Refunds are solely at the discretion of Dawraty and any decision to grant a refund will be final.
Vizipedia.me hosts and distributes educational content, including games and interactive materials created using Vizipedia AI-powered tools. Dawraty actively markets the Vizipedia game library to educational institutions and enterprises; however, Dawraty does not review, approve, or warrant the accuracy, educational validity, or fitness for purpose of individual AI-generated or user-generated games, courses, or other content published on the platform. Because content is generated in part by artificial intelligence, outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require review and adaptation before use in formal educational settings. Institutions and users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of content for their specific educational purposes before deploying it. Dawraty’s liability in connection with content published on the platform is limited as set out in the General Terms and Conditions below. Where Dawraty has made specific written representations about particular content or deployments to an institution as part of a separate master agreement, those representations are governed by that agreement.
Dawraty is not responsible for interactive game, video, image, text, and other submissions that did not go through educational, training, awareness-raising or other relevant engaging business content review or where the content did not meet the submitter's expectations.
Dawraty is not responsible for any mental, physical or property damages arising from using the content, using the content creator tools or any other functionality provided or information published on the platform.
Dawraty does not claim ownership of teaching materials, course content, educational games, or other works created by institutions or their users using the tools available on Vizipedia.me. All intellectual property rights in such works remain with the creating institution or individual, as applicable. The underlying Vizipedia platform, game engines, AI models, and pre-existing content libraries remain the property of Vizlai Ltd. as the technology provider. For the avoidance of doubt, the creation and use of educational content by institutions and their users under a paid institutional subscription constitute authorized use of the platform and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Dawraty has the right to change, add or remove services from its platform at any time.
Dawraty reserves the right to remove user profiles at any time and without notice.
Each user who created an account on the Vizipedia.me platform has the right at any time to edit or delete the account from the system. Dawraty may keep information about deleting and editing accounts.

We will make every effort to answer your questions and we will fully collaborate to resolve any possible problem within the shortest period possible.
The law governing your agreement with Dawraty, and the forum for any dispute with Dawraty, depend on the transaction type and the Dawraty entity with which you are contracting.
For business-to-consumer (“B2C”) transactions, where you are an individual user transacting directly with Dawraty, the following applies:
For business-to-business (“B2B”) and business-to-business-to-consumer (“B2B2C”) transactions, where the contracting party is an institution such as a school, university, enterprise, or ministry, the applicable written master agreement, subscription agreement, order form, or similar agreement with Dawraty governs payment, renewal, refund, service, support, governing law, and dispute-resolution terms. If no separate written agreement applies, then these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the ADGM, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be finally resolved by arbitration seated in the ADGM, conducted in English, before one arbitrator. Dawraty may seek interim, injunctive, protective, or enforcement-related relief in the ADGM Courts or any other court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this paragraph excludes any mandatory local law, public procurement rule, education-sector rule, consumer protection rule, data protection rule, or public policy rule that cannot be excluded by contract.
In all cases, the parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute, either party may proceed in the applicable forum described above
